Established in 1993 by Cynthia Dammerer and Ross Nicholas, Dammerer-Nicholas PR & Marketing Pty Ltd (DNPR&M) is a multi-service, but small Hospitality Public Relations agency.
Also operating as a boutique Airline Public Relations and "deals distribution service to media" - providing both local and international communications expertise across a range of specialist areas including media relations, press trips, marketing strategies, product marketing, destination marketing, promotions, and small event management.
Covering clients worldwide, our approach is unique, innovative and fresh. We aim to effectively position our clients, via targeted campaigns and strategies within the media industry, to expose their news, promotions and offers, to a mass market, and/or a targeted audience, putting them in front of the general public eye, and in also in various niche markets.

DNPR&M have extensive experience managing strategic media relations programs for clients, including the production of media releases, media monitoring, responding to media enquiries, reporting and evaluating the outcome.
The evaluation is based on defining the source, target audiences, key messages and the readership in the targeted mediums. We successfully plan, co-ordinate and host media familiarisations and press trips, including – in consultation with the client - itinerary planning, negotiating joint sponsorships, promotions and marketing activities with overseas and local suppliers.

Cynthia has worked in the worldwide media and public relations arena for over 24 years specialising in public relations and media relations, press consultation, creative PR strategies, promotional events, product launches, public events and media familiarisations. Cynthia boasts an impressive contact list of media contacts, airline, tourism and hospitality connections, global executives and industry heavy-weights. DNPR&M has daily contact with the tourism, hospitality and media industry, global airlines and industry bodies across Australia and Asia. DNPR has strong ties with the main consumer print publications in Australia and Asia, including newspapers, magazines, also internet, radio and TV, as well as travel and hospitality industry press - ensuring that DNPR&M is a respected leader in the communications field.
Director & Managing Director
Ross Nicholas (Director & Managing Director) Ross, a former journalist, has more than 35 years experience in sports and commercial marketing, that has led to recognition as one of the most successful and experienced marketing professionals in Australia. His principal consultancy for the past 10 years is with Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, the largest holiday ownership company in the South Pacific a division of Wyndham Vacation Ownership, part of Wyndham Worldwide, one of the world's largest hospitality companies, and saw him recognised with the 2009 Australian Timeshare Holiday Ownership Council “Marketing Manager of the Year” Award and Outstanding Contribution to the Timeshare Industry in 2014. Ross has consulted to a range of commercial companies from software organizations, wine companies, holiday ownership and banks to sporting groups such as the West Coast Eagles (AFL) and Brisbane Broncos (NRL) and conducted national corporate golf days.
